Returns
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? We understand. These things happen. All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Products must be returned in "working condition" (under our complete discretion) to receive a full refund. Please send returns either FedEx or UPS so you can track the return. Send all returns to:

Shipping
All purchases are shipped FedEx, UPS, or USPS ground. We are only shipping to US addresses. We can provide a tracking number upon request. Orders shipped within the state of Illinois are subject to a 10.0% sales tax rate.

Payment
We process all online purchases through Paypal. PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information. Your money is processed over their secure connection. This way you can send us payment without having to directly provide Art Reco with your financial information.

We will never release any of your personal information to anyone. We will never send you an email asking for your credit card information unless through a paypall invoice.
